Kölsch Kringle
Santa's coming...if he manages to pass the breathalyzer test. This year we're handing out a home brewed Kolsch to a few of our friends. We figure it's not fair that only the good kids get something.

Nice layout. I like it. wish i could try a taste of that beer. I hope to begin brewing a fresh batch of mead soon for my wedding. Maybe a trade can be arranged?

I wish you could send some to me here in Florida. But I don't think that would be possible. So, I am going to ask a stupid question. What is Kolsch? I am kinda new to the whole beer thing and so I am learning. Does it taste more like a Lager?
Kölsch is a beer from Köln (Cologne). It's light in color like a lager. Ours has a light hops finish. True Kölsch has to come from Germany (much like certified Champagne comes from France). Uintah brewery here in Utah makes one in the winter. Other than that, you'd probably have to go to a specialty importer. Good to hear from ya, man. :)
