Big Fat Friday: Chapter 1

I've known it about myself for a long time that I do a hell of a lot better keeping my goals when I go around blabbing to them to everyone. I'll be reporting on my progress every week with my weight, my exercise summary for the week, and a picture of me needing to get into shape. Heidi made me promise not to go topless, but I am taking the pictures, and I'll play them as a progression at the time of the race. Consider yourselves forewarned!
