Two notes for this week. First, you'll notice that I only did weights once. Or maybe you won't notice. Or maybe you will now that I said you won't. At any rate, my shoulder feels like it's right on the edge of an injury, so I''m going to let it heal before I put any more stress on it. I got a little carried away on the butterflies Tuesday.

Second, the new picture a week is proving a little inconvenient for my lazy arse, so I'm downgrading to occasional photos when I feel like it. Besides, I'm sure it's going to be months before there's any visible change. I may as well make it dramatic.
