I'm working on the computer once again, and I'm really not pleased with how XAMPP uninstalled from my machine. After two reinstalls, nothing is working like it's supposed to. I searched around for ages, and it turns out that the uninstaller didn't take out the Apache, FileZilla Server and MySQL services.

At long last, the site is working. Not great yet, but working. I've got a long way to go before I'm comfortable with it, but I think I've had enough for tonight.
